Min 4/01: CONSTITUTING AND REGISTRATION OF KILIFI COUNTY ALLIANCE AS AN NGO WITH THE NGO’s COORDINATION BOARD
i. The members re-affirmed the intention to register Kilifi County Alliance as a recognized Non-Governmental Organization in the Republic of Kenya.
ii. Members went through a draft Constitution which they approved.
iii. The requisite forms were availed and signed by the appointed officials.
iv. The members thereafter approved and resolved to register Kilifi County Alliance as a Non-Governmental Organization with the NGO Coordination Board.
Min 4/02: CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF OFFICIALS
Mr. Christopher Wilson, was appointed as the first Chairman of the Organization with Mr. Peter Nightingale as the Vice Chairman. Hon. John S. Mumba was appointed as the Secretary and Mr. Damian Davies as the Treasurer.
There being no further business, the meeting terminated at 12.05 p.m.
